Hello, if I want this tool to run in Chinese, what information do I need to provide?
You do not need to provide anything. Just translate the UI text of this tool and put it in your localization file.
As preparation, launch Notepad++ (or any editor of utf8-without BOM) and create a new page.
First, click (Want to make a translation?) of āFeatures:ā on this front page. Then a text page will open. Since this text may be updated, it is good to check from time to time.
Copy all the pages with Ctrl+a > Ctrl+c and paste them all to Cutl+v on the new page of the Notepad++.
Save it as ātags_ia.txt.ā
Translate the text and place it in your localization file.
Start GDIA and open the Database / Mods tab. On the Database/Mods tab, select Vanilla & Expansion and load the data with the bottom Load Database button (it takes some time). Quit GDIA once and start it again, it should be in Chinese.

Hi everyone.
For various reasons such as Item Assistant working generally as it should and adding extra features at this point would only be adding bloat, combined with the desire to shift my focus to new projects:
Item Assistant is now going into a āmaintenance phaseā, where no new features will be developed.
Bug fixes will still be maintained as normal, especially to handle GD Updates which breaks IA functionality.
If there are additional features needed, I urge the community to pitch in and commit code themselves. IA already has features added from two other devs at this point, such as the āSort By Levelā and showing ācraftableā on items you own yourself.
Now, what does this mean for the future of Item Assistant?
IA will start relying a lot more on community support.
Iām unsure of what to do with the itemassistant@gmail account, but I definitely want to drastically reduce the amount of support requests to the bare essentials, the ones requiring bugfixes to be resolved.
Suggestions are definitely welcome. Right now Iām thinking of leaving it either to this thread, push it to discord, or an IA forum on github.
The disadvantage of the last two is the lack of active users.
Putting my hopes on Matougi for supporting future translators-to-be.
For actual IA day-to-day support, weāll see what the community comes up with.
Certainly, Iāll do my best to support for translators who donāt know how to do it.
But translation is not difficult as long as the current format is maintained. I think that itās sufficient to understand the method written above. 
After an update yesterday the aplication no longer show my items(it shows the you can/cant craft) and when I try to switch to another mod or use a filter it enters a loading loop and never ends
I tried to reload database and items and got nothing.
Happen to have a log file?

Post update Issue
After current update:
ā¢ I restarted my PC and the GD Assistant
ā¢ Parsed my DB and Updated Stats
I can deposit items
When I remove items they do not appear in my selected tab that is empty
I checked my logs and the transaction is a record ā the with draw
(Now missing a few items from my GD assistant inventory that never transferred)
Tested with several low level low value green items ā same results as above.
Changed my banking tabs for deposit and with draw ā same result
Need a hand as I am screwed if I canāt withdraw my gear
Update: GD Assistant did another update - ran that - now cant seem to deposit or with draw
Update: Confirm that Items sitting in the āto be lootedā tab get copied to the DB but not removed and duplicates get created every time I interact with the stash. The original item remain unlooted in the tab. Also, still on ability to move an item back into the game (I.e. withdraw)
Got the exact same issue.
I was playing tonight after the 1.0.4.0 update rolled and I noticed at some point that IA had stopped looting my stash. Usually this is because IA isnāt running or cannot establish the initial state of the stash, but in this case I confirmed that IA was still running and it was still actively reporting that it was looting items, except that it wasnāt removing anything from the actual in-game stash.
I also noticed that I now have some very obviously wrong counts for some items. I definitely havenāt looted 59 Mythical Tremors, but IA is reporting that I have that many in my stash. Iām guessing that IA got into a bad state and repeatedly copied my items to its internal database without removing them from the in-game stash. So it looks like Iāve now got a bunch of dupes in my IA stash.
Any way to fix this without rolling back to IAās daily backup? Iād rather not lose several hours worth of farming.
Seems the latest GD Patch broke IA.
Should not be related to the last IA patch.
To remove items from IA: Please close Grim Dawn before depositing the items.
To prevent duplication when sending items to IA: Deposit items and then restart/close GD without opening the stash.
Any items deposited while GD is running will vanish ā And any items looted will get duplicated.
Iāll update once I know more.
Is there a chance that the items I deleted while trying to transfer today can be recovered? Not any gear too awesome, but still useful.

Just rename 90 to ātransfer.gstā and copy it into āmy documents\my games\grim dawn\savesā
Make a copy of your existing first, to not lose any changes to your current stash.
IA makes daily backups for its own items, if you didnāt loot it today, itās available in yesterdays backup.
Do you use online backups?
If yes: Just import the export.ias from yesterday
If no: A bit trickier, donāt import as it will duplicate all your items.
