Ok i finished translating tags_ui.txt (attach it just in case)

I still encountered some issues . Some labels still not enough length and text doesn’t fit and some can not be translated (still in English). Please, see the images :

also I noticed 2 strange things:

  1. two lines in tags_ia.txt

augmentSkill3Extras=
augmentSkill4Extras=

both still doesn’t translate. Stays in English. Though I did translate them.

  1. I find it strange that iatag_html_onlinesync_ok tells that the item has been backed up to the cloud although actually it has not. Which is even shown via the icon (cloud with red cross over it).

Thanks for your patience with me slipperypete. I really would like to make the translation for your tool as good as possible.

That is nice to hear! Does that mean that now I won’t see the pop up window for online Google/Microsoft login each time I launch the GDIA? I really don’t like that window…

As for resizing. Is it really hard just to make that listbox a bit wider? Not resizable but some pixels wider? So more text can be fit into it. Thanks!

Btw, I got the latest update via auto updating but… still that popup Google/Microsoft login window on every program launch. Very annoying.

I have been having issues with runtime error crashes, anywhere from once per hour to every 5 minutes. I initially thought it was the game, but according to my thread on it, it deals with IA.

It is however correct that he is working on making IA more resizeable, which is great.

This is crashing the game only, or is IA also hanging or crashing?
Might be best to hop unto the IA discord, not gonna have an easy fix for this one.

Hey there, I am not aware if this is an issue other people are experiencing as well but I just wanted to let you know that there is an issue that I am facing right now with Item Assistant.

It refuses to loot items because they are potential duplicates ( even green items , which makes it even weirder ) and also calls them " (bugged) items ".

Is there something I can do that isn’t me searching for every duplicate item I might have in my IA stash ?

Have you tried updating your item stats in the Database/Mods tab?

(Assuming IA works correctly)
All the items remaining in your stash ingame, have already been looted by IA, but IA was unable to remove them properly.

IA should have an exact copy with all the exact stats. Just wasn’t able to remove it from the game.

Since updating to the latest version of IA, I’ve encountered a peculiar issue. Whenever I start Grim Dawn while IA is loaded, Grim Dawn immediately CTDs. What’s worse, the IAGrim executable file somehow deletes itself, forcing me to reinstall IA, and leading to the same result each time I try to launch Grim Dawn.

Are older versions of IA available? I would like to see if this is an issue with the newest version.

Edit 2: After further tests, I’m still getting the crash with the same symptoms. I thought it might be multiplayer-related, but I went into a singleplayer game and still crashed.

Started using this again after being on a long break. I still had my old database around so I updated and Imported, everything has been working just fine until now. I just looted a Havoc from a 1shot chest, went and placed it in the stash to move it into the db and I got a message saying its a duplicate item.
I do have 2 Havoc’s in my database already, but thats from over a year or two ago when I played this last time. Did I just loot the exact same seeded item as one that I already had? Or is something strange going on?

edit: I left the Havoc in the 4th stash tab (My import tab) and after placing more items in there that worked it suddenly vanished, But I dont have 3 Havoc in the database. (Not like it matters really)

I cannot imagine this being IAs fault. Some external factor is interfering on your system.

In any case, Nexusmods has quite a few versions of IA, for downgrading :slight_smile:
