Hi. When you first start the game, everything works perfectly. The next time you run the game, it closes with a crash report. How can I solve this problem?
The average DPS (Timeframe 5 secs) is only shown when you attack the training dummy in Homestead.
Regarding the colored DPS numbers:
I removed the big fat elephant so I needed a replacement.
The âAxeBeakâ will not hurt your character, I guess
With âstart the gameâ you meant you start the GrimInternals64.exe ?
Have you whitelisted GI in your AV-Software?
I start the game using GrimInternals64.exe.
What does whitelisted GI in your AV-Software mean?
Sometimes antivirus software prevents my tool from working properly.
So if you are using antivirus protection (e.g. Windows Defender), you should add GI to the exceptions, so that it is not blocked.
Perhaps someone here can explain it better.
The program was added to the quarantine. My friend also has this problem. Everything is exactly like mine.
Did you remove it from quarantine and instruct the antivirus to leave it alone? This needs to be done if itâs meddling, otherwise it will continue to not work.
If GI has been quarantined, it means that your antivirus software finds it suspicious and so GI will not work.
My GI worked before I was quarantined. But I added it. Just in case. The game throws an error when starting. Both before being quarantined and after being removed from quarantine. The game starts via GI anyway, but not the first time.
Aah I thought I saw it once but then got confused after using other dummies.
Iâve been testing this with different weapons and it seems the 5 second average records the highest measured 5 second average, I have never seen it come down after recording a higher number.
Can I make a simple request to change this behavior to show the average of the duration of the fight instead?
If I stand there for a minute doing auto attacks, and get 12 samples of 5 seconds, 11 of them are between 1300 and 1800, but one is 2500, it will remain on 2500. If that happens to be in the first few samples, it will never come down to show more realistic numbers.
Canât I disable the annoying healthbar over heroes and bosses? I have tried ticking every âhideâ box on the configurations but nothing works. Only the bars over common monsters disappear. I mean, this is a great tool and all, but the config screen could use some love
yeah select the other types of monsters in the drop down list and disable the bars
Is there a reason the configuration window doesnât show up when I press ctrl+f5? This is my first time using GI if that matters.
First make sure you see the correct version number in the lower right corner in the main menu
Thanks for the update GG! Youâre awesome!
I think it only works in-game and not in main menu.
All monster types have the same settings. Selecting something else in the dropdown menu changes nothing in the settings.
Been having an issue running Grim Internals since the update. Iâve installed both the 1.17a and b updates but still every time I run GI, I get this âCanât Find Grim Dawnâ error. Anyone else having the same issue and know how to resolve?
Usually unchecking âShowMonsterâ and âAlways Show Hero+ Monsterâ should hide the healtbars, but if it doesnât work, then itâs a bug. Iâll look into this issue next week. Thanks!
