So i am seeking a tool that has simillar set of features like GD Defiler.
I mean adding skill points, removing classes (), adding devotion point, etc.

GDStash is what you’re looking for. GDDefiler hasn’t work properly for years as it hasn’t been updated.

Yes it can. It can do anything that GDDefiler did.

Out of topic, is there any info about GD Defiler? Will it ever be updated or is it dead ?
