Top builds for nemesis/moggy farming in ult

Hey all.
Having a discussion about best builds with some folks and was curious as to the top builds used to farm nemesis in the fastest time. (like 10 sec kills)

Also the same for Moggy, which builds can reduce him to a screaming child the fastest?

Links if available would be great too, either forums or youtube vids. Links can be from 1005 build also.
