Is there any program I can use that actually works?

I wasn’t playing Torchlight last few days, that’s why I didn’t check it out earlier. I guess I’ll have to live without one after all.
More Stash gives you a bunch of extra chests. It’s not as useful as a stash manager but nobody ever made one for the first game. It was a lot easier to do that kind of thing for Torchlight II because of GUTS. http://www.runicgamesfansite.com/mod_downloads/misc-tl1/download-996-stash.html
