Total Damage - Does it affect weapon damage?

Hey all!

If I use the Dunefiend set to boost Shadow Strike by 125%, does that boost all of the damage of the skill (including weapon damage) by 2.25?

yes, total dmg is a last line multiplier
it’s why ex the Thunderous Strikes transmuter on Primal Strike double dips in lowering your dmg on spam primal strike
