I came across a level 50 legendary called Totally Normal Buckler, and I haven’t been able to find any information on it. When I google I find Totally Normal Shield, but it has different stats and looks differently. I’ve also checked GDstash, but I haven’t been able to find anything on it. I haven’t installed any mods. Am I bad at searching, or is there a reason I can’t find any information on it?

There might be a slightly more obvious hint about where you find these things.

Like the giant stone statue holding two shields that was first seen in Forgotten Gods with the first Totally Normal Shield.
Can you really see that thing outside the hidden room?
With a bit of camera rotation, yes.
