I think it was created for the people whining about wanting to dual-wield shields.

You should combine it with really great pants(they are just ok,by the way).

I found that shield immediately and that statue is just great, that just made my day. Big kuddo’s for crate for doing that. I also saw the crate logo on the floor somewhere else

Spoiler on how to find: Head south from the very first FG portal, and through the bushes there is a path/staircase to this statue, the shield is in a vase I believe.

Edit: And although it looks like a shield, it’s a mace so it lets you equip it plus a real shield.
