I’m playing ultimate atm and being sure if my Wayward/Menhir’s/Mercy is on CD or not is a life and death issue.
The buffs which are displayed are either too small (if UI is normal size) or ugly and distracting (if you increase its size). Besides they only show when the buff’s active.
Is there any way to see when a certain skill becomes available again?
Grim Internals is best (and only?) option for such things.
Very configurable, cooldowns are displayed as text in a chosen location on the screen (and chosen font color).
You can separate items skills from standard skills (different colors). Also potion cooldowns can have different colors.
There also an option to only show cooldowns of skills with recharges higher than X (so that too many skills with low cooldowns are not shown).

I noticed that you can enable 2 info boxes - is it possible to put debuffs or cds on the 2nd bar?
