I don’t know if this is new or not, but I zoomed in on the trader wagons, and the poor traders have no torsos, just floating heads and hands.
I have two traders visiting at the moment, they both exhibit the same issue.
I tried saving and reloading, as well as exiting and reloading - the torsos remained invisible.

edit: After watching more traders come and go, it seem the covered wagon traders are fine, the open wagon traders have issues.
