Currently when a trader arrives, they instantly show as 0 days left until departure. Unable to buy or sell goods, even when stocked. Below are the things I’ve done to try and solve this.
-Reloading game save
-Rebuilding Trader Center
-Relocating Trade Center
-Verifying integrity of Steam game files
Nothing has worked so far, please help!

It’s a bug that should be fixed in the next patch.
Hello! I figured out a workaround!!! This just might help some folks.
Make sure to CLEAR the Trade post and don’t manually destroy it. Empty it out completely of any of your goods then use the “c” shortcut key and delete the old Trade Center. Build a brand new one, worked for me.
