I noticed we have a “legit” and “non-legit” trading thread. It made me a little curious about something.
Is there any way to tell if they are cheated in (via a save game editor/etc) or actual in game drops?
Non-legit means duping. If you can create all items via hacks, why bother creating one and then trading it for another ? 
No, you cannot tell them apart in-game unless I created a hacked item that does not exist in-game (eg affixes the item could not have), and even then you would need to know that, the game does not care (maybe because there are some affixes that no longer can be on the item but on old drops they are still supported)
