Sadly not fixed in v.0.8.1a. Had it happen to me twice with a new town today. Entered 200 as a buying figure and game speed’s gone down to x1 from x3.
Seeing speed changes after entering numeric values in Trading Post as well. Was very confused as to why the speed was changing because I play exclusively on 1x speed and never intentionally change it.
Use the numbers keypad for entering numerical values, avoid 1-4 on the top row of the keyboard.
That might be the reason. I do tend to use the top row for numbers more than I use my number pad. Did for both those instances where the speed changed.
