Transmute Helm Question

Probably a silly question but I’ll ask.

When transmuting anything, either same set or random set:

  • Are Set Helms on the table?
  • If so, do they get smithing bonuses and if so, are they random?

1 - Yes.

2 - No. Items only get blacksmith bonuses through blacksmith crafting.
