I am sturdy enough when it comes to combat, but my clear speed is abysmal. Any suggestions on quick point swaps that would improve this? Or perhaps tough it out until I can get to Nightfall in the Nightblade mastery?

Well you really have no points into combat stuff besides the briarthorn and maxing shadow strike really does nothing for clear speeds as it’s single target
Take out all the points from from briarthorn and leave just 1 point in shadow strike using it essentially as a movement speed tool. Put all those points into primal strike and torrent, make sure to take the modifier which removes the cooldown so you can use it with your left mouse button. You can leave primal strike at 12/16 or something if you find the energy useage is too much (viper devotion and 2 points in owl devo can help a lot with energy useage early on). The 5 points in shadow dance are really not needed yet especially since you’ve already maxed heart of the wild you should be plenty tanky. Put them into something offensive or into the mastery bar to work towards a new skill. Also 100% put a point into the pneumatic burst modifier breath of belgothian which massively reduces the cooldown of it
Won’t be able to take the transmog for Burst, but thats ok since I have a very high damage two hander. Love the suggestion for primal strike. I’m cold based, but… for clear speed I think its a valuable pickup.
Don’t sweat too much about mixing cold and lightning damage, their bonuses usually appear together on items and they both get buffed by spirit.
