This MI: https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/12684 lets you summon a third additinal Guardian, so one more additional Celestial presence debuf.
According to this thread -Resistance reduction (-n%) can be additive: http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?p=251347#post251347
So one additional Guardian will add another Celestial Presence (-35 Phys/Fire on 12 skillpoints) debuff. So you can go down pretty far with negative resistance.
Is it correct that (supposed it is one target) he gets 3 times the Celestial presence debuff?

no, debuffs from same source don’t stack no matter what. it would be horribly OP even with 2 Guardians if that was the case.

Thats what i am not sure. Because in the linked explanasion is mentioned as: ‘This can stack with itself’
Is there a way to check this? GrimInternals only displays the dps/damagetype but not from skill.

The -% debuff type can stack but not from the same source.
Same as with Wind Devils, debuffs and dot from same source do not stack
