Tune UP suggestions - Possible balance of couple things of notice ((Grain Of Salt)) Must be eaten before the judge drops hammer

Hey there GrimDawnEEEAAAAUNSSSSSSSS lol getting back into the R.O.T mod and being a very long time player for diablo O.G I started the Necro and for over all design and balance almost Perfect and just that alone i commend on the greatest salu I can. Now I’m only mentioning this cause idk if its intentional design so if that’s the case then ignore this.

#1 - When it comes to the over all early regen mainly mana for me the new skill (can’t remember name) but basically same as Drain Essence, boils down to scenario I’m in. Green ooze that regenerates mana 2.4 a second x5 is a decent big boost but the suggestion of rebalance comes warrened that level 12 spell is about 240 mana at 0.3 to the second. It only goes up from there. I suggest to maybe take a look and see if it needs a balance tune.
#2 - The Skellington axe wielding high dmg High Survivability ect with mastery isn’t quite right compared to mages and overall progression of game. skellies and mage skellies at level 15 each and mastery at 5 struggle in act 2. The skellies died 2x faster then the mages. i suggest maybe a rebalance if you feel it can help. More or less that’s it.
