I got GD through steam, and i fail to find the game directory so hard right now… where is it lol

Is there a way to create rare(green) items and use them in multiplayer games?
I created some items but i can only use the in custom game.

Modding my character to do absurd amounts of damage is not of my liking, i prefer to create rare items than CAN actually exist in the game.

Any help?
