A Witches Bargain and a Jewel in the Mud quest it says to kill Scorv but seems that I am Respected with Barrowholm Faction so I cant kill him on Elite Difficulty so I can not progress any farther in the game ? There is no quest to get to hostile with them either ? This is kind of stupid in my opinion with all these hours played (im kind of bummed at the whole thing honestly) is there an honest answer from the Developers as a work around or something that can help me out ? so what quests to I have to do to undo this faction ? or what mobs must I kill I tried targeting the NPC’s in that town they respond to me as if I was family I am trying to get in the chest and in that basement to get the Fetish for the lady in Coven Pass Please help thanks again
Welcome to the forum. 
It’s not a bug. Even if you’re friendly with Barrowholm if you do a couple of their quests you’ll then be able to get the item from Scrov and take it back to Coven’s Refuge.
I edited the top to correct my faction
You don’t go hostile with them, it’s not possible on this difficulty since you’re already friendly with them.
Do these 3 quests:
and then talk to Scorv again and you can get the item the Coven wants.
Presumably you already did this on Normal difficulty since you’re respected with them now.
And neither of the Coven’s quests say you need to kill him, just that you need to get the item from him which doing these quests when you’re friendly with Barrowholm will achieve.
If you haven’t yet talked to Scorv on this difficulty then when you do you do have the option to go hostile with Barrowholm.
