Ugdenbog Juice or something: I still can't find recepies for those new components

I saw them in couple of builds but I could never find them or recepies. Are they from modded content? If not, how do I get them?

Edit: I did not mean “components” I meant consumables, like jelly extract and such

Anyone using them in builds now has cheated.

They will become available with the Ancient Grove.
