Now if we take 2 pistols we have only 90% of convertion - with Global Convertion we can have 100% Convertion
Now we must use Occultist class - with Global Convertion we can use any classes
+1. Why not give opportunity other classes to use it and not just Occultist.

Imho Occultist is in need of every crutch that it currently has to compete with OK.

Did you see a lot of Occultist builds using those pistols because they are an exclusive “crutch” to Occultist mastery? Occultist is more of a caster/pet mastery and it’s not suited well for auto-attackers.
Hell, I’ve actually used these in probably a dozen builds and TC’d another half-dozen with these as well. So, yes, I have.
This 2H has no class skill restriction for the conversion. Much like the Inquisitor IC relic of uber RR (just as an example), this can be used by any combo, in spite of losing the +skills.
Well, I haven’t seen it used in top-tier or mid-tier builds, maybe you can give links to those.
The point is to use (double) pistols obviously for some kind of gimmicky auto-attack. That’s why 2hander example is irrelevant, mate.
Well, gimmicky AA have some MIs, such as the Inquisitor Medal. Gimmick becomes less gimmick when everything is spoon-fed, mate.
You still haven’t proved why this is an item that Occultists need so “desperately” as a “crutch” to compete.
I would understand if there were some top-tier Acid Occultists that use this item, but you I haven’t seen those and you haven’t linked any.
I don’t care much about proving top-tier builds I think you worry more about the spreasheet wall than trying to play stuff.
For every posted build, there is likely to be a duplicate (or more) not posted. And soo many more not registered. I throw out ideas all the time - some untested, nary a huge guide. There are surely players much more inventive than me.
But, I will say that I’m not downplaying your efforts in making guides. You do a very good community thing.

I am just saying, if this pistol is indeed a “crutch” for Occultist mastery which is, I agree, underperforming outside of pet builds, than it makes sense to leave that pistol as an Occultist exclusive. It’s just I don’t think this is a case, that’s all.
