I noticed that the granted skill on the Darkblaze Source amulet was changed to Chance on attack instead of being an active skill. There might be other adjustments to the skill, I didn’t compare with the current statem. Unless I’m blind, this wasn’t mentioned in the patch notes.
I guess you can add order undocumented changes you may find here to consolidate everything into one thread.
Aether Crystals now have 5-25% (depends of enemy type) chance to drop additional Crystal/Shard/Cluster.
Bernard’s Slightly-Chewed Buckler - Chance of proc increased to 30%
Barrog’s Bloody Arm - % Bleeding bonus to Savagery replaced by flat bonus
Bloodreaper’s Glory, Bloodreaper’s Carnage Sets - 5 piece bonus to masteries reduced to +1
Bloodrager’s Frenzy, Bloodrager’s Endless Frenzy Sets - 3 piece set bonus Crit damage replaced by 5/8% OA
Mythical Bloodrager’s Cowl - added +3 to Anatomy of Murded
Mythical Bloodrager’s Shoulderguard - +2 to Ring of Steel replaced by +2 to Balde Spirit
Bloodbriar’s Thorn - reduced % Crit damage modifier for Ring of Steel to 20% not to 24%
Pit Master’s Axe 84/94lvl - bonus to Circle of Slaughter increased to +3 as for lower versions
Since there are so many… they probably are documented but in the next changelog and the programmers just implemented them right away in the meantime to get it over with.

You don’t need new keys anymore to re-enter the depraved sanctuary and the key drop rate is increased significantly. I got 3 keys from the folks in front of the door (you can only pick up one) on my first run over there.
Since you have a very good chance to spawn a nemesis in there together with a guaranteed boss, and plenty (but basic) boss chests for basic materials, this might be not to bad of a farming route now for fresh start characters before doing SR
what. no way. I farmed the sword of the boss last week or the week before for a relic and I 100% for sure did need a new key every single time and it took like 5-10 runs on average to get a new key.

you wouldn’t even have been able to see the key drop on refarming, since quest items like that dont’ drop/(set invisible) after quest completion
similar like with slith necklaces, you don’t see those dropping after you hand in that quest, but easily get a dozen before.
One of the changes not mentioned is that Empowered Marrow Band was fixed. In 1.2.1.6 it lacks pet vitality damage, which was present on both base and mythical versions. On 1.3 it’s added to empowered version as well.
