Apparently my unhappy villagers leaving but they are happy about everything?
No idea what that is about
Could be food supply or building happiness?

The list showing all the areas where they are at 100% doesn’t list spirituality. Based on the Villager Needs listing Spirituality, I would guess it has something to do with that. Do you have enough shrines?

Just feels like a bug when the pop up says everything is 100%! Maybe they could order the displayed list by unhappiness.
Your food is showing about 40% so I’d start there.
Most likely, this is due to you not having any funds and the soldiers/guards that weren’t being paid has departed.
Probably this - I had it happen once when I moved my vault with all the gold - my soldiers quit and took their weapons with them.
