Unique for each Inquisitor Weapon proc please!

I really wish we could improve each Bullet/Round proc if we choose to focus on one type of Round or two types. Reason is Shaman doesn’t get much use of Bursting Round and other classes don’t have much Pierce damage and Devotions could be more focused. Some ideas:

Chilling Round unique Pistol:
+7% Weapon Proc Chance
+1 Projectile

  • Attack speed 10-15%

Chilling Round Amulet:
+6% Weapon Proc Chance
+1 Projectile

This will improve Chilling Round to 40% and making it a great Boss kill with 6 projectiles.


Bursting Round unique Pistol:
+7% Weapon proc Chance
+Increase aoe size

Bursting Round Amulet:
+6% weapon proc chance
Burning Damage DoT


Storm Spread unique Pistol:
+7% Weapon Proc Chance
+Damage increase the closer you stand to enemies (more close combat build)

Storm Spread Amulet:
+6% Weapon Proc chance
+Chance to stun

WPS proc chance increase mechanic has not yet been invented. Try another universe. :wink:

I really hope this can be done. Also the same for other WPS. I have always been fantasizing if I can increase the WPS proc chance.

There’s actually some weapons that is really fit for these modifiers. Like hagarradian enforcer for chilling round mod.

What ya_ said. Pretty sure (…I think) I’ve read once before that it’s not currently doable.

Which is a shame, because I do like the idea of specialising in a single more powerful, higher proc chance WPS. I’d happily take a decrease in proc chance for the other two if it was required for balance. It’ll probably remain in the realm of fantasy though, sadly.

I’ve made different dual pistol and I really find it quite weak. I feel my damage types are so spread out with 3 elements and piercing.

I made a Shaman/Inq and just want to focus on Lightning/Cold but I am still stuck with pitiful 20% proc chance. :frowning:

Comparing to Cadence, these range procs are sooooo weak.

Or they can simply allow us to invest more points into each Proc and go higher than 20% if we want to specialize in certain elemental Round.

We can get items with +Chilling Round to push it to higher chance.

I just feel like if I am playing dual pistol, I am stuck with using all 3 elements even though those 3 Rounds are not “linked” together. The gameplay is very weak with only 20% chance for one element.

Not that I disagree but inquisitor WPS are good because their provide wd multipliers in either shotguns or AoE. Not necessarily because of their flat. And Censure RRs them all, so does Elemental Storm, Arcane Emp. and Steel Resolve gives % to all/elemental, so it’s not like this dmg is totally wasted.

I like the idea but I reckon there’s no chance it’s ever gonna happen as changes like this would probably need another expansion. Instead, I would lobby for more conversion between elements. Especially lightning seems left out in this respect.
