Corrections based on my tests.
If someone would like to make more quick test I can provide:

Grim Dawn.exe with command line enabled in MC that Crate uploaded by mistake
- although I personally tested in Custom
- coordinates where to teleport / commands to see coordinates and teleport

Agarrad also sells

Beneval doesn’t sell Boneslicer’s.
(restarted + teleported 5 times, always saw Bonescythe and other items, never Boneslicer) -
Marris Kal doesn’t sell Spectral Arbalest’s
(restarted + teleported multiple times, always every of 5 items, never this Crossbow)
Could you include these Group links in OP for easy Grim Tools look?
I mean GrimTools link with all items and links containing lists of MIS for every vender I made below.
This would be very useful for me when checking if I need to vendor farm something useful for my current build.

Curious.
In older GD versions ranged weapons tab was active in his stash window, see screenshot below. But now it’s marked as disabled.
Can’t say for sure, but also wasn’t able to find Boneslicer among items to buy. Maybe I was wrong and he didn’t ever have Boneslicer in his items list.
@Zantai, could you please take a look and confirm if it were or not intended changes for merchants mentioned above? I tried to search in patch notes but found no mentioning about it.

@tqFan, Agarrad has been updated and now his description looks fine. The remain merchants will be updated later when I get some time for this.

I fixed the list contains All Vendor MIs because I forgot to put Yurrith stuff there:
