When loading a save, the amount of veterancy displayed for military companies is different from the amount of veterancy they had when saving.
For example, a cavalry company in this save had ~3 stars of veterancy with 13.8% increased stats when saving, but when loading it resets to 5% increased stats with 1 star of veterancy.
