Stone, that unlock ultimate is unlogical. so u going to ultimate with -50 resistance and die. ok, uv got 4 skill and 4 atribute, but zero exp and rep. and without rep for quests u cant buy resistance. so u cant play ultimate and that stone is useless. thx.
I use those stones to cruise through the earlier difficulties

Welcome to the forum. 
Skipping up to Ultimate at low level is meant to be a challenge. What a lot of people do though since the riftgates on lower difficulties unlock with skipping is to go back to Normal and grab most or all shrines to get the devotion points and you could also leap around getting faction rep started. Then go back to Ultimate once that’s done.
Also there’s nothing to stop you stockpiling stuff in your transfer stash so that as soon as you do the Burial Hill quest and unlock the prison you can raid that for goodies.

If you don’t like the increased challenge…don’t start on Ultimate at level 1? Seems like a non-issue.

Use them to unlock all rifts at normal and elite and get some skill points and attribute points. You can do one ultimate quest to get like 20 levels then you can go back to normal. It makes leveling fast. You can also play ultimate only but better prepare some gear and get some devo points from earlier diffs and cruci

But I agree, going level 1 at ultimate can be brutal. If you are not prepared don’t do it.
