I tried to share the save file but the file extension is not allowed here - in my game I have some resources lying on the ground (on the field) that are never picked up - I even made everyone labourer, everyone a farmer or tried trader to pick it up - nothing works. Some resources that are left on the field become unpickable - I even know when this happened - in the moment of saving the game the resources were dropped and then never picked up again. Only seen this happen on fields and never outside of fields - but I even removed the field and that didnt help either.

also I used 3 mods here: 1. relocate resource, 2.mineral spawner 3. enable achievement (in case this is relevant)
To reproduce: you could simply run the game but could be easier to make everyone laborer to see that no one picks up the flax and wood located on the left fields. I know those resources were harvested but never showed up in my storage so its not just the fantom - I definitely never got them
Did you try this without using any mods to see if you still have the problem?
haven’t try it - but could give it a go
so I loaded the game with and without mods - the unpickable resources remain unpickable but all other resources they drop they do pick them up from other parts of the field - regardless whether the game is moded or not. So it seem is only that one terrain patch that seem to be bugged and whatever they drop there is unpickable.
Given the rampant use of mods to alter the terrain and resource generation in unintended ways, I am seeing all manner of pathing errors in this save, so I am not surprised you are seeing issues with retrieving resources.
If this issue occurs without a modded game, we will be happy to review such a save.
