Using Savior's Merit after unlocking ultimate

Hello everybody,

I would like to report something that might seem a slight oversight, but IMHO it should work like that.

So, I am a returning player for Fangs of Asterkarn. My plan was: start a berserker now, relearn the game, complete normal difficulty, use a merit after that to unlock stuff in elite and go directly to ultimate.
I went ahead, did the main campaign, killed the Loghorrean. Went directly to Asterkarn and finished it. Now, when I try to use a merit, nothing happens. It has that clinking sound that it didn’t work and that’s it.

I would have expected that I can use it regardless of me having unlocked ultimate already or not, to get everything from elite (rifts, skills, etc) and whatever I didn’t do in normal (everything from Malmouth and Forgotten Gods).

I am sorry for the new topic if it was already mentioned somewhere.

Kind regads,
Levente

I second this request as well. For those waiting for the DLC release to jump back into the game, it’s easy to lose track of which character did what. The “Savior’s Merit” essentially fixes this, saving you from having to go through every difficulty level just to check what’s missing—or if anything is missing at all. With dozens of classes in the game (which is fantastic), keeping track is really difficult, even for a fan.

Ultimately, I’d just like to be able to use the Merit at any time and with any character to ensure nothing was left behind.

Well, if you play on a higher difficulty any quests that give attribute/skill points that you do there will also give the points from lower difficulties if you didn’t do those quests there. So really all you’re losing is having the riftgates open on lower difficulties and having all the inventory bags. And if you do the quests in FoA on Normal you get the final bag in that content.

So, the only thing I need to go after is the inventory bags? Ok, I didn’t know that. Thanks.
