I have a question in regards to using vendors or relying on drop chances.
Following a phantasmal blade build that was posted build 29ish by Tridord. Some of the items he uses seem all but impossible to hope for. It uses the clarvoyant set but belt, legs, feet, rings are yellow and greens. I have clarvoyant hat and wand, badge of mastery, nemisis and tome he uses but no luck on other pieces yet (level 85 at end of act 3, probably beat game before build is complete)
The belt is what irks me the most cause its a yellow so my filter is set to yellow and higher and I’m sick of the masses of clutter to look through to find one item.
The item is Impervious Exalted Belt of Potency. I have come across several impervious exalted belts and some times of somethings. Recently I decided to check vendors for said item and thinking I’ll find it on one of them long before the drop gods put that combo together.
I checked him but he doesnt sell armor so no belts there. Think vendors are going to be the way to go as I’ve seen many close to what I’m looking for just waiting for right combo. I normally check all when I log in then everyonce in a while, riftgate to rift gate. Is there a refresh time with them that anyone knows? 5 mins? Riftgating away then back?
Vendor is really only nice if you are a luckbox or hard farm the shops, not sure what the reset timer is. I’ve yet to get more than handful of good items over a bajillion hours from vendors and I check them semi often
If you want that belt you are much better off spam crafting belts as it is pretty easy to obtain tons of cash/scrap
