I flagged a building for Immediate Repairs and the request was ignored. The building was condemned and still none of the builders repaired the building. I had to demolish the building then rebuild. At the time of the request, I was floating more than 2000 of every building resource and had over 50 builders / 120 laborers. Why are my requests being ignored?
Probably a lack of laborers or lack of supplies near the site. It’s also possible the desire ability got changed which can also lead to condemned buildings
If ‘condemned’ is what I am thinking the building can’t be repaired. Was the building condemned after desirability went down? If so, game working as intended.
How do you flag building for immediate repairs?
It’s always greyed off for me.
Was your building on the outer ring of your level? It seems priority tasks, are ignored when a certain amount away from the city. The travel time seems to be weighted to heavy, resulting in the task being ignored, unless all other tasks relative nearby are fulfilled first.
