Title. Built a couple of pubs, one didn’t/doesn’t need them, the other one does.
i never build it because it will make your villager crazy
I get a few drunks, but as I usually play Pacifist no one goes around killing my villagers for no good reason. 
If you play hard mode, You will not need raider to destroy your village, your villager will do it by themself with beer =))))))))
I’ve never had a murderous drunk, but I did once have a drunk hunter stand there and not even try to run away while being mauled by a bear!
Loading in the town again cleared the tools requirement from the pub.
I know many people are annoyed by the pubs. And, from an efficiency point of view, I do understand. The desirability generated by them probably doesn’t make up for all the villagers getting killed in these pub brawls. Personally, however, I think the game is not all about efficiency and these drunken villagers brawling around add A LOT to the character of the game, I very much love this aspect, it’s just hilarious! 
Also, if you don’t like it, simply not building pubs works perfectly fine considering the many alternative ways of generating desirability, especially after the last update.
