OMG I thought it was a placeholder colour (usually magenta or green screen) to catch any missing textures! :sweat_smile:

That is a very beautiful bird. :heart_eyes: I didn’t recognise it because we don’t have any cardinals where I live (Scotland).

I love looking out the window (at home) at the cardinals, but… it occurs to me that this clashes slightly with the “no Columbian Exchange crops” principle because it’s a North American bird. (But who says we couldn’t have instead had cardinals in Europe?)

Devs have stuck with Old World crops, but haven’t ruled out adding New World ones later in development.
