Yeah I can’t stand this, he actually full on insults other build makers in the opening lines of his Pyromancer build, there’s just no need for it.
I thought (and still do) that his build at the time was really bad, but I agree, insulting another guide in my own isn’t really called for. It resulted in him threwing some pretty nasty things back at me in return. In the end we probably both learned a thing or two in the process. Now that you remind me i’m gonna edit that part out from the pyro guide.
As far as titling, i just don’t see the problem here. Instead of throwing in a bunch of fancy adjectives and calling it something like “the ultimate fantastic build X” i prefer to provide some measureable evidence to show that it’s an effective build i.e clear times of endgame content before people decide to follow it.

I for one enjoy your style, which DOES sound quite arrogant at times, but it’s very entertaining, and since your builds indeed rock, you can kinda afford it IMO. Screw haters who take little jabs like that too serious.

I’m not a troll actually because I meant what I said but I do admit OP’s reaction to my not so friendly opinion about his titles and guides was quite mature so… I’m just going to drop this topic tbh. I still think the titles and content are a bit boasty but honestly who cares. I’m being petty.
I had a bleed Trickster that I switched to cold at 75 to use the crown. Didn’t think to use Falcon Swoop myself but trying it now its pretty nice I think.
If you want more physical resist you can spend 4 points in Savagery for 8%. It doesn’t seem like I lose much dps keeping the buff up between casts of the main attack, but it might not be worth the effort.
Let’s say I’m a pretty new player (which I am) and don’t have any of the fancy gear listed in the OP.
Are the basics of this build going to work for leveling a (mostly) self-found Trickster?
Or would a different Trickster build work better?
How do you level to 85 again so fast on new characters to test new builds?

takes me about 24 hours to go 1 to 80 i think, just normally lvling with some twinking using existing gear.
I play daily with General Cash, and he can pretty much vouch that 1 point in Blade Spirit will proc Whirpool very nicely. In areas like BoC, it is not uncommon to see 2-3 whirpools all around a pack of mobs. I do not believe the damage stacks, but the implementation works well.
I am currently playing a level 78 bleed trickster which can kill Fabius in Ultimate pretty easily, but I am less than enamored with him at the moment resistance wise. I may convert over to this, and use my Winter King Spell Breaker for something else ( he is currently my go to guy to farm and power level others ).
If i use emp eternal band, it can’t stack with black star right?
edit: i’m wrong it can
Maybe a dumb question: Does Winter King’s Might (the spammed attack) work with the attack damage to health conversion which are on the black star of deceit and lifegiver signet?
I’m asking because I’m currently fine tuning this for hardcore.
If it does NOT work, I guess the lifegiver I’m currently using doesn’t actually do very much and I might as well replace it.
If it DOES work however, this would also determine where I put my 10 remaining skill points. I skipped wind devil and raging tempest, already maxed out elemental awakening and could either max wendigo totems blood pact, or, if the health conversion doesn’t work, I could pick something nice instead such as maxed oak skin or grasping vines with entangling vines.
