This is an occasional error. Sometimes, the description box of a technology appears very large, even exceeding the screen, while at other times it is so small that its text is difficult to read. It seems that this error is more likely to occur after zooming the tech tree interface and is not related to the user interface scaling settings.

I’ve cross-checked the errors on dxdiag with whocrashed, they seem to be related to the stability issues that Nvidia had going on around June. No crashes ever since on anything.
Also, is the font size meant to be like it is on text on top-left, bottom-center and bottom-right? I’m having issues, as these don’t seem to relate to scaling options whatsoever.
