[v1.2 9/22 patch] Gate to Many World pet unaffected by speed stats

Apologies if this isn’t a bug. In the middle of testing cold pet setups with Arcanist support, example build

The World Gate pet appears to attack with an aura, hard set to one second intervals regardless of pet speed stats. Not sure if that’s a function of its existence, but the end result is a completely trivial pet that tickles white trash in end game content. Captured a video of attack a dummy vs a single pet (swarmling). Hoping this is a bug and World Gates should be scaling (otherwise I’ll go take it to Ideas and Feedback!)
