When I assume the Berserker’s werewolf form, the controls stop working. I can’t left-click to move or attack. The left and right click abilities can’t be used. I can only move around with the A key, and sometimes, if I spam the A key and the LMB/RMB on an enemy, I can make the occasional attack, but it’s very inconsistent.
An update: When I go out of werewolf form and go back in, there’s about a 50% chance it works as normally, and the rest of the time, it works as described above.
The price of transformation? 
if you change control scheme does it still bug or tied to one of the specific keyboard layouts? (classic, wasd+mouse/keyboard only)
It happens under both classic and wasd+mouse.
