Hi. When it comes to bleed, I would rely on other things than high leech. The most part of your dmg will be unleechable dot.
@klasperstanze is right. If you want to make a “Vampire”, Vitality Damage is the way to go.
I tried to make a Bleeding Dervish myself, but this combination has a lot of problems. No real AoE, the Bleeding Damage is mediocre at best…didn´t have much fun with it.
But:
I tried to go min. SR 65 and then was a real pita. For Main Campaign it might be a viable option though, didn´t test it. If this all you want I could change the build; there are some things I would change. Just tell me.

I realized that the weapons are good but the armor combination is not. The weapons hit slow but have the nice skills damage.
I can’t hit fast like the poison build and as klasperstanze said, the lich is not working.
I tested the skills Blade Trap and Phantasmal Blade and they don’t work, I think it’s better to go back to ABB.
About devotions, what do they tell me?
