My town has 656 villagers, I have 3032 linen clothes in stock, but the game keeps alerting me that villagers needs 12 extra linen clothes.
Out of curiosity, can you check your guards/soldiers and see if they are the ones with missing clothes?
The Guards/Soldiers pretty much all have the other cloths ( I don’t know how you name those in english, but from my screenshot are the ones having 151 in stock ).
The thing is, the game cannot explicitly say villagers need some item when that item is in surplus and in stock.
It is detecting that some villagers are missing those items, but the question is why ones and why.
Could it be infants? I’ve noticed they don’t get clothes and shoes. They’re also mostly the ones who get worms for running around barefoot.
