I report this as a bug, so look at the reason???
Not a bug. Your villagers are unhappy so they’re leaving and taking stuff with them. Provide the things they want and more desirability and entertainment so they’ll stay in your town.
The thing is everything is at 100% (even the food!), except for entertainment is at 72%, but this is still in the green zone. (Because of the lack of different entertainment facilities, it’s difficult to raise it. As far as I know only the theater and the pub provide. I can’t find more information on it.)
Edit: Suddenly my level two Baracks were empty. Do they want a theater in the Baracks?
