Vitality Sigil spam is busted

and against SR 30-31

Basically 0.3 cd Sigil breaks the game. You can stack a lot of Sigils and do it very quickly making your toon basically immortal. And you don’t even need the rare “Supercharged” prefix on Vampiric Bonewall (btw, stats and biased affixes for this shield are all melee focused for some reason). And then Conjurer can add more bells and whistles on top of it to make it even more immortal. Damage is immaculate in all endgame challenges.

Problem is that a dedicated Vitality Sigil set - Valguur - absolutely sucks compared to this custom spam setup, a problem that has been feedbacked mutliple times now (and yet Valguur still remains mostly unchanged with useless Sigils and extremely underwhelming mods to Totems - no flat cd reduction, no extra dot, no burst summon).

My suggestion would be to shift focus on one of the Sigil items to adding bit of extra cooldown and some meaningful %tdm to compensate. Because skill itself is still very much mid without this spam setup.

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

Leech + crazy fast damage ticks sure is something.

Should be the amulet so it’s more likely to conflict with set items in the future. Soulcatcherbearer would too, but could be dual-wielded.

changing cdr on the amulet also lets Radaggan stay in play with similar .8 cd, where if the fix is on sceptre/Soulbearer it hurts that in the process of tweaking Vit sigils

Time to multiply the energy cost on the custom setup then. Can’t spam it if you don’t have energy :scorv:
