Perhaps it’s working as intended but I think it’s the only blue Arcane enemy that I find hard to spot while playing SR.
Wouldn’t it be better if it was more purple like the others?
I think I notice him by the “Vollarius - Arcane” text displayed by Grim Internals which obv. not all players use.
Some long-time players don’t even know there’s an Arcane like that probably because it blends so much.
I remember there is another one called " Ignafius Mageblood ~ Arcane".
Anyway, I agree that Arcane enemies, including Vollarius - Arcane, should be more obvious and easier to notice.
Game displays targetted monster’s name at top of the screen by default, but I guess not everybody uses that in combat.
True, true, but you do have to hover over it 
usually you fight Vollarius with many other monsters at once
