Do they stack or only the higher value will be applied? From this conduit and the transmuter.

They don’t stack, the 22 flat overwrites Terrify’s flat RR.

Thanks, that clears my suspicions. I heard from somewhere that somehow they stack, but I’ve never heard of flat RR stacking even on the same skill so I had to make sure.
