I would like to make a Warder melee as my second character, can anyone help to give me build with devotion to levelling?

Or pet lover?
Or pure physical through cadence/blitz?
Like to risk and fly on the edge? Or like to sleep and see dreams while your hero beats boss?

What kind of warder do you want? It’s kinda hard to suggest anything without a prefer style.
Some good warders: 2h lightning, bleed, physical

If you are looking into a pretty straightforward 2H melee build, I would recommend Blade Arc as default attack with Maul assigned on it (Dire Bear), so you have your physical mass attack with stun/knockdown on it, 2 auras + all attack/resistance passive skills more or less maxed, and as right clic skill, you can go Forcewave, Blitz, Wendigo Totem or Grasping Wines, depending on how you want to play your tank. And Primal Bond as level 50 mode. Later assign Giant’s Blood and Wayward’s Soul to your auras as emergency passives.
Always start with the mastery that is going to give you your main attack(s) first.

Always go Soldier first.
Soldier is massively self-sustaining, even through Elite
In the event your endcap skill of choice is SP or PB, then simply do not take Soldier past 32 or 40.
Unless you want to.
Because the stat buffs given by Soldier Mastery (primarily physique 
) are always welcome.
And it basically gives you the best universal template to muss about with.
Primal Strike kinda sucks in newer paches, due to severe nerf.

btw…in the demonlist i have 5 point per level to put in skill tree, in the shammy tree i have only 3…
You can level with Shaman just as well as with Soldier.
You always gain three Skill Points per level until level 50, with any class.

Roll Savagery, since you went Shaman first, I guess, or Fire Strike, if you fancy dual-maxed Mastery.
Pump Heart, and dump stats to physique, and be an HP tank, regardless.
And nab Blast Shield.
I always saw Elementalists as being primarily a Shaman flavored Demolitionist, personally.
But maybe a modified Grenado spamming Savagery Shaman could work? Either that, or a Weapon-Skill based build?
