I changed all my devotion, i have taken Falcon + Widow + Spear of Havens, I still use Behemoth and i keep using Wendigo, because it’s same devotion point then Spear so i can easly put in my build.
I also changed skills. And because all what you said was great advice, i have to say you were so right
I try Primal Strike, and yes it’s insane damages… but i just feel more squishy.
So i keep usging Savagery, with Devouring Swarm for the -resist bleeding and vitality.
Which is also nice with Wendigo totem.
On the paper, my dps is low but if fact it’s mort powerfull and i got more survivabilty
Thanks for that guide. My warden is in Act 2 Ultimate at the moment and somehow struggling. Guess it’s a mixture between my skills (lol) and unlucky drops.
I thinkle after reading alot of posts the game has been balanced a few times since OP. Still a great combo lightning and Warder just some of the skill choices and devotions may differ. I am building my own now using savagery and brute force.
As with all builds check OP date last updated. And as you play build will come together. If all else fails have fun.
ah, i wish somebody would make an updated version of this i just don’t have enough of a clue… it is basically what i wanted my warder to be… but right now i am still runnning a s&b retaliation build.
I’ve been playing around with Ultos set Savagery and Primal Strike Warders this week, and they are both still great builds. Melee with Savagery does the most single target damage, and Primal Strike is a bit better on AOE (not that the savagery build isn’t good at AOE!). Ranged Primal Strike with Vortex of Souls is still the craziest for clearing trash
These are the builds I’m using…both with +4 Shaman skills:
Arcane Bomb on Savagery / Primal Strike, and Reckless Tempest on Grasping Vines.
If you want the last point in Spear then drop Scholar’s Light and Hawk, and take Raven and the last point in Tempest for affinity. I play ranged/melee hybrid which is why I take Hawk and not SoH.
This is the Primal Strike char:
Most of the gear is pretty obvious…the greens are Incorruptible Cronley ring, Stonehide Dreeg-Sect of Kings pants, and Elite Harvest Food pads.
Hey there. Is this just up-to-date for 1.0.0.8? Or did they change some important things? I am now at lvl 79 and do … hm. 3k dps. With nearly the same gear as the guide said.
Is this because i got 10 dev-points left? Because i am not 85? Erm, i really cannot imagine how i can reach 40k or 58k dps, even 20 seem far far away.
Could anyone maybe have a look over my char? What did i miss?
Ok. I am sorry. Only LMB counts and thats what you see in the Caracter sheet. RMB you only can see via mouse over. And in this menu its detailed listet what damage you do.
26k unbuffed, 38k buffed. So it seems to be ok for now.
