Was Attacks Per Second calc lowered again?

2h went from 3.39 to 2.71 and dual wield went from 3.75 to 3.00

and if so is this like a display thing only, or did attack rate actually go down as a stealth “nerf”?

2h and dw at 200 speed (after first APS sheet change some time back pre 1.2,) char on 1.2.0.5

*2h ranged and dw melee is same as their counterparts

now 1.2.1.6 (after 1.2.1.something)

went from 3.95 aps sheet originally down to round 3 total

no i didn’t test anything, nor use any tools to measure that,
hence more like asking for confirmation it’s just a display change (i’d assume that be the case atleast - but it can be dangerous to assume stuff in GD )
