Weather stops changing - V 0.7.3, Build 9291687

Hi,
It happens quite regularly that the weather stops changing in my game. I had extremely hot in the middle of winter. All my wells went dry, etc.

Reloading the game ‘updates’ the weather, (example: from extremely hot to freezing) but it remains stuck. To fix the weather update mechanic, I have to close the game executable and restart it.

Here is the link to my save file, not sure if it will help since restarting the game ‘fix’ the bug…
