What about if there was a guy standing somewhere, Devil’s Crossing or w/e, who would “grab” all the available augments and sell it in his inventory? It would allow much more fluid gameplay without the need to stop and check external sites to remind you of all the augments there are and where to find them.

It would be useful. What I do is just devote one stash tab to augments. They are cheap, so I just buy a few from every source and keep them all in one tab. Makes it much easier when finishing off a build.
