What are the differences among apple trees, pear trees and peach trees
What I already know:
1.Harvest season
2.Maturation speed of trees
3.Tree life
Are there any other differences?
Apples are typically round and Red
Pears are often pear-shape (think of dangling water balloon) and green.
Peaches have a fuzzy skin, slight peach/orange color, and are often envied for their shapeliness.

Similarly, when I was in medical school, I was told that every organ in the body is basically kidney-shaped, except the kidney, which is bean-shaped.

I had both kidney beans and mouse kidneys in my hands (after some uninephrectomies, no worries), and I very much disagree!
Were they mouse kidney beans…?
Those would be tiny!
